Return & Refund Policy

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may send it back to us under the following return policy:
  • All items must be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date. 
  • The equipment must be received in new unopened condition.
  • The customer must call in to request an RMA. All RMA numbers will be provided to the customer via email. Call us at 305-398-7581.
  • Ship via insured ground service (UPS) with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. SPS charges a thirty percent restocking fee for any new equipment returned and a forty percent restocking fee for refurbished equipment returns.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:
  • Any signs of wear
  • Parts of the item is missing

Refunds
Once we received your package, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that any reward points or store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card. 

Gift card purchases are not eligible for a refund. Gift card purchases can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.

Damage, Wrong or Missing items

Exchanges
We're unable to offer exchanges, but we'd be happy to assist you to return your order and place a new one for the item(s) you want.
